Scribe has four plans: Basic, Pro Personal, Pro Team and Enterprise. The headline prices are simple. The seat rules and what Basic leaves out are where teams get surprised.

How much does Scribe cost?
Scribe pricing in October 2026: Basic is free. Pro Personal is $35 a month, or $25 a month billed yearly, for one person. Pro Team is per seat with a 5-seat minimum; Scribe's pricing page currently shows $17 a seat monthly and $13 yearly to some visitors, and $29 and $23 to others. Enterprise is custom. A whole team must be on the same plan.

Is Scribe free?
Scribe Basic is free with no time limit. It captures browser workflows and shares them by link or embed, but leaves out PDF, HTML and Markdown export, branding and manual redaction.
Why do I see a different Pro Team price?
On 20 October 2026 Scribe's pricing page showed two sets of Pro Team prices: $17 and $13, or $29 and $23 per seat. It looks like a pricing test. Check the page yourself before budgeting.
Does Scribe charge for viewers?
Plans are priced per seat for the team using Scribe. Check with Scribe how they count people who only view guides in your setup.
What is a cheaper alternative for a small team?
Michii Teams is $69 a month or $690 a year for 5 seats, and people who only view guides never pay. It is browser-only, so it suits teams working in web apps.
